Hi, I’m Rachel Ciaburro, founder of Offer2Completion and a sales progression and customer service specialist with over 25 years of experience across estate agency, operations, and small business support.

I’ve built my career helping people stay organised, informed, and reassured — whether that’s buyers and sellers navigating complex property chains, or small business owners juggling the day-to-day tasks that keep their business running.

Having worked in busy estate agency branches and supported independent agents remotely across the UK, I’ve managed more than 130 active sales at once, won multiple AllAgents Gold Awards for Customer Service, and developed a reputation for calm, clear communication under pressure.

Beyond property, I understand the challenges small business owners face — time pressures, growing admin demands, and the constant pull between customers and operations. That’s why I also provide flexible freelance admin and customer service support, designed to free up your time and reduce stress without the cost of hiring full-time staff.
